Student Recruitment Executive

About the Role

As a Student Recruitment Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course selection and the enrollment process while achieving individual sales targets. This is a dynamic, people-facing role at the intersection of education and sales.

What You'll Do

• Counsel prospective students on available programmes and admission processes.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by helping students find the right fit.
• Follow up with leads to drive successful registrations.
• Represent CIC at recruitment events, education fairs, and school visits.
• Work towards and achieve individual sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• 2 Years of Experience in sales or student recruitment.
• Organised, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
